Eagle Hills is a high end community located in Summerlin,
Eagle Hills consists of custom homes and has a few remaining homesites
as well. The community features a guarded entrance, Red Rock Canyon
can be seen as a backdrop, and there is a 6 acre park where homeowners
can socialize and exercise. It is one of the few custom communities
that has facilities for kids. A tree lined boulevard leads you to the
entrance and the prices here start from the $700's on up. Most homesites
are approximately 1/3 acre lots and the largest are over 1/2 acre. All
