Green Valley Real Estate
Green Valley is an area in Southeast Las Vegas Valley
that is governed in part by the city of Henderson and in part by Clark
County. One of the first suburban communities away from The Strip, Green
Valley is now a mix of ranch-style homes built in the '70s and new homes
and developments along tree lined streets.
One section of Green Valley is zoned for horses and includes luxury
homes where homeowners share equestrian facilities. Other luxury home
