The Lakes Real Estate
The Lakes were one of the first major masterplanned
communities in the southwest part of town. The Lakes feature one man
made lake as well as waterscaping and extensive greenbelts throughout
the community. The prices range from the low $100's up to over 2 million
dollars. There are over 15 builders. Some homes feature very good city
views, walkways, and meandering ponds and streams. The Lakes are approximately
5 miles from Sahara and the Strip. Sahara Avenue is to the North, Durango
to the East, Hualapai to the West, and Desert Inn to the South.
