Summerlin has won numerous awards nationally as one
of the premier masterplanned communities in the U.S. Developed by Del
Webb and Howard Hughes Corporation, the community has many different
"villages" and is continuing to be developed. It will eventually
grow as far south as Tropicana. Right now it is bordered on the east
by Vegas Drive, north by Cheyenne, west by Hualapai. There exist within
Summerlin a premier senior only community called Sun City. This community
